Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held in the Council Chambers, 9 MacPherson Place, Laverton commencing at 4.00pm on Thursday 23 November 2017.
The order of business will be:
- Receiving of the 2015/16 Annual Report comprising:
- President's Report
- Chief Executive Officer's Report
- Independent Auditor’s Report
- Audited Financial Statements
- Other Reports as required by legislation
- Other General Business as accepted at the discretion of the Chairman. Copies of the 2015/16 Annual Report are available for viewing at the Shire of Laverton Administration Office and the Community Resource Centre during normal office hours.
